The engine can select of mechanical or high-pressure common rail fuel oil system, will equip with highpressure ratio turbocharger, completely meet Tier II emission standard, and has good economy for lower fuel oil consumption.


CS21 diesel engine adopts block-based design, and the appearance is attractive and easy for maintenance, with the basic characters of modern engines. The cylinder can be integral or separated disassembly. The independent front case body has the integration of lube oil pump, water pump, thermostat valve, lube oil cooler etc, and part of cooling water pipeline and lubricating oil passage. The lubricating system almost achieves no-pipe. The turbocharger can be laid both at the frond end and back end of the engine, and the standard configuration is wet-type oil sump, but has preset the connection for dry-type oil sump. All the pipelines adopt standard flange and pipe joint. The key components adopt imported parts, and the overhaul period can reach to 30000 hours.
